The location of the villa is truly enchanting, nestled in a peaceful mountain village with stunning views that transport you to a fairytale setting. The rooms were clean and cozy, boasting effective heating perfect for chilly mountain evenings.The staff at Ursul Carcotas were accommodating and attentive, ensuring our large group of 20 had a comfortable stay. The traditional Romanian cuisine served was delicious, adding a local touch to the experience. The terrace offered a picturesque spot to unwind and soak in the natural beauty surrounding the property.While the proximity to the ski track may not be ideal, the nearby hills provided ample entertainment for the children. The availability of ATV rentals added an extra element of fun to our stay. The bar was well-stocked with a diverse selection of beverages, complementing the serene ambiance of the lounge area.Ursul Carcotas strikes a good balance between cost and luxury, offering a peaceful retreat with essential amenities and a touch of Romanian charm.
